It will cover three broad areas and show different approaches to: accessing finance to enable tenants and private owners to retrofit their properties, the benefits and methods of measuring energy consumption, both for tenants and landlords and the role of housing associations in energy supply. Il s'intéressera à trois grands secteurs d'intervention et mettra en évidence les différentes approches pour : * trouver des moyens de financer les travaux de réhabilitation en secteur locatif comme en propriété privée, * utiliser les méthodes de mesure des consommations d'énergie et en démontrer les bénéfices pour les locataires et le bailleur, * et enfin, illustrer le rôle des bailleurs sociaux en tant revendeurs d'énergie à leurs locataires. Session: Was man von Europa lernen kann Diese Session gibt den Teilnehmern eine besondere Gelegenheit, direkt von ihren europäischen Kollegen Informationen über Erfahrungen bei der Lösung derselben, mit dem Wohnungssektor verbundenen Probleme zu gewinnen. Während der Session, die drei breiten Bereichen gewidmet ist, werden verschiedene Stellungnahmen zu folgenden Problemen dargestellt: Gewinnung von Zuschüssen, um den Mietern und privaten Eigentümern das Retrofitting von Wohnungen zu ermöglichen; Messmethoden zur Bestimmung des Energieverbrauchs und daraus resultierende Vorteile für Mieter und Immobilieneigentümer sowie Rolle der Wohnungsgenossenschaften in Energielieferungen.
